I had a chance to go to NY for a week to network and go to the opening of the Basquiat exhibition in Manhattan. All I can say is wow.

200+ pieces of unseen work from his estate. Everything from grade school sketches to large skill masterpieces. For the family to save images from his childhood they must of have a gut feeling of his greatness.

I had to be told to step back a few times from the pieces but it was hard not to be so connected and in tune with the work just knowing of his story and doing my own personal research over the years.

I definitely left inspired and motivates to keep moving in my purpose and passion and never stopping this art thing. ~ G
